Carolina Panthers' Luke Kuechly fishing with Orvis Guide Dustin Coffey
Wade Trips are simply the style of fly fishing where you 'wade' into the water to catch fish. We will be happy to provide any waders that you may need. You are also welcome to wet wade if you do not want to wear waders.
Easy Breakdown of different wade trips...
Public Waters: Lots of fishing locations guide will choose from, may be other people fishing around you, trout usually around 8 inches or smaller.
Private Waters: Fish catch rate increased vs. public waters, fish are larger, location is not open to the public.
Wilderness Walk n Wade: Hiking and tactical fishing for small brook trout. Much more difficult than other types of wade fishing but a lot of FUN and a true adventure!
